Pacific Marketing provides software that helps businesses manage product information and customer conversations through connected messaging channels. Depending on the features enabled for your workspace, these channels may include WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, and LINE. This policy explains how we handle personal data when someone uses our service.
Information we process
We process account details such as name and email address, workspace and business settings, product and knowledge-base information, and conversation data exchanged through messaging accounts that a workspace owner connects to the service. Conversation data may include message content, message and delivery metadata, and media or attachment information made available by the connected channel.
When a workspace enables AI features, relevant product information and customer conversation context may be processed by our AI service provider to generate a proposed or automated reply. Channel availability and the data available to us depend on the integrations enabled and the applicable provider APIs.
Why we use information
We use this information to provide the service, connect a workspace to supported messaging channels when the workspace owner asks us to, process and manage conversations, improve reliability and security, respond to support requests, and meet legal obligations.
How information is shared
We use service providers needed to run the platform, including hosting, database, authentication, AI, and the third-party messaging providers selected by a workspace, such as Meta (WhatsApp, Instagram, or Messenger) or LINE when those integrations are available and enabled. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We share only information needed to provide the enabled features.
We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as it is needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, meet legal requirements, or maintain reliable records. Access is restricted to authorised people and systems that need it to operate the service.
Your choices and requests
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data by emailing us. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting on a request.

Third-party messaging accounts
Connecting a messaging account authorises the service to process data made available through that integration for the workspace's use of the service. The business operating the connected account remains responsible for its notices, permissions, and lawful communications with its customers. You may disconnect an integration through the service where that option is available. Disconnecting it does not itself delete data held by the messaging provider.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the service or legal requirements change. The current version will always be available on this page.
